Overcoming Negativity Addiction

Hello Dear Gods-in-Bods,

I am often asked “What are the vibrational frequencies that are the most magnetic to wealth?” I think the answer is unique to each person. But for me and many of my clients, I have found that the vibrations of TRUST and FUN are the most magnetic to abundance because they are creative vibrations that assume that one is already wealthy.

If I have trust, it means I’m safe. If I’m safe, it means I’m already wealthy. If I’m having fun, it means I must be safe financially. If I’m having fun, it means I’m wealthy in time and leisure. If I’m wealthy in time and leisure, I must be wealthy financially.

Thus, getting oneself to vibrate at these frequencies of trust and fun can trick the subconscious mind and the Universe into thinking we are already wealthy. And when we send out these wealthy signals, the Universe matches with outer abundance. This is the Law of Attraction at work.

I have said before that I believe the vibration of trust is more than just a soothing feeling. It is incredibly creative. Trust is faith with good reason. And faith has been said to be a creative force as far back as recorded history. Jesus himself said, “It was your faith that saved you.” and “If you had faith as much as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, move and it would move.” This is because of the creative power of faith.

What you hold to be true becomes true for you. If you have trust and faith that you are already wealthy, then in that moment of trust, you are creating outer wealth. If you have faith and trust enough to go out and have some fun, then you are growing your wealth vibrational vortex bigger and bigger in each moment.

In my book, Feel it Real! I teach a game called “Hold the Note” and one of my favorite things to do is hold the trust note. What you do is count to sixteen and as you do, imagine your body as a giant xylophone playing a note or frequency. Imagine if the vibration of “Trust” had a musical note or sound and then imagine for those sixteen seconds holding the note of trust. This is a powerful exercise to reset your dominant vibration to one of total safety.

I often say that money is like the freshman in college who is looking for the party on a Friday night. It loves fresh, fun people and fresh fun ideas. When people take the Law of Attraction too seriously, they are canceling out their work because the seriousness vibe is really a lack vibration all dressed up with nowhere to hide.

In my own life, it was truly these two vibrations of Trust and Fun that helped me improve my finances more than any other thing. When I was stressed about money, I would make myself let go, trust, and do what I call “Fill My Fun Tank”. In fact an entire day of the week is devoted to fun in my online Interactive Coaching Program. And our Bliss Community is a group of people who are committed to laughter, fun, and joy on a daily basis.

So even though it may seem counter-intuitive for you to let go, relax, trust, and have some fun when you are faced with money challenges, it’s actually the BEST thing you can do to get your frequency vibrating at wealth once again.

Money worries beget money worries. Fun, Trust, and laughter, beget more money because money loves fun and trust is creative!

I think it’s quite magical that right on the dollar bill itself, it says, “In God We Trust”. I would like to add to that: “In Trust we Trust.” and “In Fun We Trust”.

So today, can you try this experiment with me? If you feel anxiety or worry about money, do the opposite of what you usually do, which is try to “figure it out” or “fix” it. Instead, relax, meditate, dress up in funny clothes and clown noses, and go out there and have as much fun as possible! Say to yourself “Conditions Be Damned! Life’s too short to worry  about money!” and then go do the funnest thing you can think of doing in that moment.

This is a recipe for success that’s a fun journey to a happy and rich life!
