Beads and books must be returned within 21 days, in manufacturer's condition (autographed books cannot be returned). You must fill out a support ticket notifying us that you would like to return your purchase. You must include your order ID#. We will then send you a return ID# and instructions how and where to send your order. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return ID#. Sorcerer's Code and O.N.A. Program materials may be returned, unopened and unused, within 21 days of delivery (all orders are tracked). We will then send you a return ID# and instructions how and where to send your order. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return ID#. If you are dissatisfied with Sorcerer's Code and O.N.A. Program materials, you may return them within the 10 days after the end of the program period (Sorcerer's Code - 8 Weeks from delivery, O.N.A. Program - 10 Weeks from delivery). If you'd like to make a return of the materials, please submit a support ticket, including your order ID#you must return your journal and all supporting materials as evidence the program was followed. After review of the materials, if it appears the course was followed, a refund will be issued.
